Machine washable (gentle cycle, cold water). Do not tumble dry. If ironing is needed, avoid ironing directly over the embroidery to protect the colours and threads.

Customized products are non-returnable once production has begun, except in cases of defects or errors attributable to us.
In accordance with Swiss law (Art. 201 and 210 CO), customers must inspect the product upon receipt and report any defects within 5 business days.
As our products are custom-made and handcrafted according to each customer’s specifications, the production process may take between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on the level of complexity and current order volume.
